Despite the kimchi crisis, the best kimbap place in my ‘hood is still producing stellar fermented cabbage, free of charge. This entire 돌솥 비빔밥 (dolsot bibimbap) meal, in fact, costs 3,500 won, or about $3.00.
Even posting this gives me the kimchi jones … this stuff is seriously addictive.
